Tom has been an award-winning (President’s Club) Sales & Operations Leader for over 25 years. He has a Master’s in Business Administration concentrating in Operations Mgmt. He has owned businesses and worked for big Fortune 500, publicly traded companies, and smaller companies in diverse industries. Tom has helped built companies from the ground up and has improved sales & operations, exponentially, everywhere he has been. He has vast experience in CAPEX, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, and has what it takes to run a business. He takes pride in developing sales teams and helping businesses and owners find their path to success.

Mariela is a transformative finance executive that has thrived in smaller-sized organizations, serving as a strategic partner to business owners. She has an undergrad in Accounting and an M.B.A in Business Management. She has climbed the corporate ladder through hard work and with her acumen in human relations, finance, and management. She was most recently the Financial Controller and Human Resource Manager for a privately held Engineering firm in Tampa, FL managing the finance, operations, human resources, and sales departments. Her experience in keeping businesses afloat through her financial expertise has helped companies grow and retain more spending capital. She brings her knowledge of finance, full-cycle accounting, P&L management, forecasting, sales and operations to Nguyener’s Path Capital to help a broader portfolio of companies.
